| | Blue Screen of dead after installing Antivirus Software Hello friends. I have tried to install 2 antivirus software in a Sony VAIO running windows 7 and each time, after I restart it gave me a “BlueScreen” error. Then I have to start in safe mode and restore and the blue screen error disappear. At first I tough it was the antivirus, but after try to install the second software I think it is a windows related problem. The problem never appears when I was installing hardware so I presume (I guess) it is not hardware related. I have the minidump files created each time and a snapshot of the message that it gave me after start in safe mode. Thank you. I will be waiting your answer. Other information: The antiviruses that I tried to install were BitDefender and MacAfee. Before of that was running Norton which came installed as a trial. Norton was uninstalled manually and the others 2 in the restore process. |
