Too many BSODs

Posting up for a friend of mine. Her VAIO has been acting up a lot since she's gotten it, but just recently told me that BSODs have been reoccurring. The .zip is attached, and don't be intimidated by the number of them :rolleyes:

Hi and welcome


You can tell her all but one of these crashes were caused by her video driver. dxgkrnl.sys. You should have her completely un-install the current one, DL and install a fresh copy.

She should also run a system file check
(type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow)

Wow thank you for the responses. Her laptop model is a Sony Vaio CW. I heard something about faulty Nvidia drivers, but this was from awhile back. Is this that same issue?
