Hi and welcome
Well this one was caused by hardware. I would Stop overclocking, download and run memtestx86 for 5 passes to test your ram, and run a system file check
(type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow
You really have to think if the overclock is worth the instabilty.
