Hi, that link is my old thread. Newer replies don't get any response from you guys, so I thought I'd start a new thread. I'm not sure if you just can't see the posts in a thread that has been tagged as "solved", but I still need answers nonetheless.

I am still having problems with this laptop, and I am buckling down and preparing for the worst (a return). I was transferring some files in order to reinstall windows again, and I got a bluescreen.

Please see attached. The one from today (3/14) and also the one that is massive for a dump file (over 1mb!) from 2/28.
