Floppy Disks(s) Fail (40)

A few days ago, after waking my computer from sleep mode, I got a black screen and could not shut down or restart. Powering down from the power button also took a few attempts. When it finally did, I turned the computer back on and got this message:

Phoenix Award Bios V6.00p6
Floppy Disks(s) Fail (40)
Audio Cable Not Connected

It gives me the option to press F1 and skip right past this, everything seems to work fine after doing so, but the same thing will happen on start up each and every time. Not sure whats going or how this happened but I'm noticing that strange stuff happens anytime Windows updates itself, which it did not to long ago.

Anyone else having this problem? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Check your C-MOS battery. If your BIOS settings are changing all by themselves, that's your most likely culpruit.
