Windows 7 - bootmgr and windows boot loader

bootmgr and windows boot loader

since I have not had a response on my windows startup issue, can anyone tell me why my bootmgr is located on my c: partition but my windows boot loader are on the d: partition? and how to change it so my computer will boot into windows 7?

Was there a previouos OS on either drive?
