Explorer crashing when deleting folder

Windows 7 x64 Home Premium. When I have a folder open in explorer and I delete it from the navigation pane, I get a message saying location is no longer available, etc. and then Explorer crashes.

This is what Event Viewer has to say about it:

Faulting application name: Explorer.EXE, version: 6.1.7600.16450, time stamp: 0x4aebab8d
Faulting module name: DUI70.dll, version: 6.1.7600.16385, time stamp: 0x4a5bdf25
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x0000000000001134
Faulting process id: 0x83c
Faulting application start time: 0x01cad087556d7b02
Faulting application path: C:\Windows\Explorer.EXE
Faulting module path: C:\Windows\system32\DUI70.dll
Report Id: a8b39346-3c7a-11df-adb0-90e6ba04b77c

I have tried ShellExView to disable 3rd party shell extensions, didn't work. Tried SFC, didn't work. All updates applied. Same thing happens in Safe Mode so I did a repair installation, still happens. Any ideas?
