I am unfortunately having this issue on a daily basis for well over a month and am uncertain of the cause. I have run diagnosis from within Windows as well as 3rd party program and nothing. Google is not helping me find a solution at all. I'm never notified of this incident but when I check my Action Center it's popping up Daily.
