BSOD Problem

Hi guys,

I'm hoping somebody can help me with a BSOD problem I've had a couple times now. I have a HP Laptop Model: DV71285Dx. I got it from a store with Windows Vista Home Premium but I upgrade it to windows 7 recently. I only use it for simple web browsing, instant messaging, email, etc. Twice this month it has unexpectedly shut down while I was using it. At the time of each crash, I was only using Firefox, AIMP2 or similar programs.

I attached the dmp files from both occurrences.
Please somebody help me!

thanks........

Hello quetuo,

1) Five of your bsods were caused by the address hal.dll+2477. Usually, a bad wireless driver will cause these, so update your wireless driver.

2) Tw0 of your bsods were caused by the address dgxkrnl.sys+5ccbc. You need to update your video driver.

3) The remaining one was caused directly by your wireless driver (netw5v64.sys), so update your wireless driver.

Since this is an HP, I would also suggest that you ensure the machine is properly ventilated so it stays cool. Keep the vents open and use an app like speedfan to monitor temps.
