It looks like you are having some problems with drivers behaving like they should.

The first things I would try doing is running "chkdsk /R" in a command prompt, getting a copy of Memtest86+ at Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool and running that for 5-10 passes, as well as updating all of your drivers [this includes video, lan, wireless, chipset, sound] to their latest stable versions from their respective web sites [not your computer manufacturer's web site].
