Freezing Issues

Currently, these 2 days I've been having freezing issues with my laptop.
Sometimes it started with disturbance sound while playing video or music for seconds, the video playing again normally, and minutes after ended with total freezing.
Couldn't shft+ctrl+del, so I have to reboot.
Sometimes it just went freeze while I'm browsing.
Restore point seems didn't solve the problem too.
Please help me figure out what the problems are......
Here the attachement of dmp file.
