Windows 7 - Bluescreen on my new pc! Help Please!

So, first of all, I want to say I have only had this pc for just over a month, and I was hoping it would last awhile, because I spent a lot on it. So I would IMMENSELY appreciate ANY help given to me. Now, it has happened twice now, once I was playing Battlefield Bad Company 2 (Quite a demanding FPS Game) and out of nowhere the screen went a bit fuzzy and my headset made a weird sound. My pc restarted, with no blue screen. Once it started up again, it showed me the error message attached, the Problem.png. The computer run fine for another 3 days, but then, just as i finished playing another game, Same thing happened, only this time just before restarting, it showed me a blue screen with white writing. I didn't get to read it because my pc restarted. I am currently writing this from the same pc, and I am worried it is coming to an end, as i was expecting it to last.
I will be watching this thread 24/7, so anything you need from me i should be able to provide soon. Thanks in advance again to anyone that helps, I would be forever grateful.

Upload Dump Files:
Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and zip up the contents of the folder. Then upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Left click on the first minidump file.
Hold down the "Shift" key and left click on the last minidump file.
Right click on the blue highlighted area and select "Send to"
Select "Compressed (zipped) folder" and note where the folder is saved.
Upload that .zip file with your next post.

If you have issues with "Access Denied" errors, try copying the files to your desktop and zipping them up from there. If it still won't let you zip them up, post back for further advice.

If you don't have anything in that folder, please check in C:\Windows for a file named MEMORY.DMP. If you find it, zip it up and upload it to a free file hosting service (not RapidShare as the analysts usually can't download from it) - then post the link to it.
Then, follow the directions here to set your system for Minidumps (much smaller than the MEMORY.DMP file): Set MiniDump

Daemon Tools - a common cause of BSOD's. Please uninstall it and monitor for further BSOD's.

Check for infections with independent, online scanners (free list here: Malware (read the details at the link)

Update your copy of PCProbe from Asus (or uninstall it).

Bad news, I got yet another BSOD, and i wasnt gaming or anything. I uninstalled daemon tools and run malware bytes which picked up no infections. Only changes i made were: Downloaded Nod32 (antivirus) Downloaded Malware bytes, and Power iso, which is a program similar to daemon tools, which makes me think this is the problem? Attached you will find the minidump, and below is the error i got. Please help me

I forgot to add, currently updating Pc Probe to ASUS PC Probe II 1.04.87, which i think is the latest version. Again, thanks for your help so far

Well, it blames sptd.sys again. This one is dated Wed Apr 07 21:29:00 2010
The previous dump file blamed sptd.sys - and it was dated Wed Apr 07 21:29:00 2010 also.

Remove the PowerISO/Daemon Tools stuff and leave it off until we've finished troubleshooting.
Double check in in C:\Windows\System32\drivers to ensure that the sptd.sys driver is removed from there.
If not, rename it to sptd.BAK and reboot.

So Far - Deleted both Power iso and Daemon Tools, Renamed the sptd.sys driver to sptd.BAK and rebooted like you told me to and updated PcProbe to ASUS PC Probe II 1.04.87, which I think is the latest version. Thanks for your help I hope i dont get any mose BSOD's
