BSOD 0x00000124

Hey guys..
Didnt know who else to turn to.. Ive been getting some bluescreens lately.. Have not always gotten them and cant think of anything new really that has been resposinble.. Nothing new in my setup or anything..

as I said been working fine for long time then suddenly every now and then it just dies..
I have 3 harddrivers, c: which is OS harddrive has 15gb free space. other is d: and is a partition on c: which has not much space left, just a few GB. could this be the problem ( that I dont have much GB left ) cus other then this nothing has really changed on my computer past time.

I attached a dmp file.. Thx guys!

Hi Shisha and welcome to SF

Please read what merkat gave to u, especially the one with stop code 124: what it mean and what to try
http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-loc...-what-try.html

In look through your loaded driver, I can suggest you to do 2 things, which might help to solve the problem

First of all, please remove any Virtual CD program such as Deamon tool or Alcohol 120%, they use sptd, sys, which I found in the loaded drivers, well-known for causing BSODs. Then, use this tool to remove sptd.sys
DuplexSecure - Downloads

Besides that, you have this driver date from 2005, please update it as soon as possible:
Code:
ASACPI ASACPI.sys Mon Mar 28 09:30:36 2005 (42476C4C)
Please read this short post to know how to update it:
BSOD + Minidumps, please help

Best regard,

Tuan

Yes, please uninstall Deamon, I can see it loaded

For the asacpi, did u download the right one? "Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit "
It has File Size 119.88 (KBytes)

If you still can't find it, I will upload it next post

Tuan
