Lines on Moniter

I recently got a new laptop hard drive loaded with windows 7 but theres a problem with my graphics since the change of the harddrive something keeps happening to my laptop where i keep getting wierd lines on my moniter it was happening before but its happening more frequently since the change could it be the drivers?

Type device manager in search. If any drivers are corrupt they will show a yellow warning.
Are all drivers and graphic card up to date?

they seem to be when i use device manager but when i check on advanced system optimizer it says some drivers need updating

Update the graphics driver. Do it from the website of the manufacturer.

unfortunately the dell website does not have windows 7 32bit driver on their website but thanks anyway

Go to device manager give me the name of your graphics card.

Mine is ATI Ratheon.
