BSOD on shutdown

I'm getting BSOD on each shutdown. It's quite annoying because i never get a successful shutdown. It always gets BSOD and restarts.

This is the error message:

I was going to attach the MEMORY.DMP file but it's 221mb.

It looks like your USB driver is causing problem, libusb0.sys. One generic way to solve this is to go to device manager and uninstall all usb device in the usb list, then restart your machine.
What usb do you hook up to your computer? like a usbhub or sth? If so, please unplug them and shut down to see if problem still pursue you.

well i use my ps3 controller. I'll see what happens when i shut it down without it.

What is the manufacturer of the ps3 controller? Have you installed the driver successfully for it? It is the cause for your system's BSODs only when you install faulty drivers etc... I would recommend to download and install fresh copy of driver...or...yes, you can use it that way, plug in to play and unplug before shutting down computer ;)
