    Arc,
    With C4d look at the top bar and see if you have effects!
    That is where you can take texture or others to make backgrounds more colorful.
    I use elephant skins or plastic to do my some of my changes or I use creative and play there.
    However, I am using Corel Draw Graphics Suite X5 software and not sure how C4D is set up.

    @Arc: Nice stuffs mate

    @Dennis: You can try to use free 3D software named Google Sketchup from here ; if you believe me (I dont think you believe me at all though you believed Nokian more), just download it and try. Just spend few hours and you can make nice things even with the free version.

    If you find it interesting just switch to Blender (open source/free software).
