It is a bit of work but here is what you can do. Find and ICO that you like. Create a new Desktop.ini file and edit it like this: (change paths to your file).

Code:
[.ShellClassInfo]
IconResource=D:\FolderIcons\Amethyst.ico,0

Save the file, then add that file to all the folders in you want to have changed.

Note: There are some folders you should not change like "Pictures" or "Videos" because it will change the way they display information. You could automate the process by scripting it. I hope that helps.

For an example .... Download icons Folder icon.zip . Follow Icons - Change Using Resource Hacker .

Replace icon group 4 with imageres5_1, icon group5 with imageres6_1, icongroup 6 with imageres 7_1, amd icongroup 162 with imageres 154_1 (imageres's are in the attached zip ).

You will get a gray folder throughout the system.

Excuse,my english is very bad. I think you didn't understand me.
All i want is to change ALL THE FOLDERS ( colour,of course ) without to do it "one by one".
Is there such a program? And after the job is done,in the future ...when i create a new folder,it should have the same color with the others.
I found a very nice ico file ( blue folder ) on the Internet
Imageshack - icofile.jpg
And i try it. It's nice,but i hjave to do that everytime i want to change the color of one folder.
I wish i could have all of them,same like this one,even later, when i create a new folder, should be the same.

Do you want them all the same colour**? If so you need to change the icons in imageres.dll numbered (using ResHack) 3, 4, 5, 6 and 162 this covers static and "live" folders.

**EDIT: Yes you do and my typing finger is very very slow today!!
