Where to find Icons of various applications?

I have been looking around, playing with programs like IcoFX and Quck Any2Ico to customize with Rainmeter.

I have found majority of the icons I'm looking for from:

    System32/Shell32.dll

and many others from their dll's and exe files.

However, I haven't been able to locate the one for Device Manager.

Using these icon extractor may be helpful, but I'm unable to extract a clean, clear image of it.

A search on Google Image will have that icon, but it'll also have the Run As Admin icon attached to it.

Use IcoFX to look inside c:\windows\system32\devmgr.dll. If I'm understanding what you're looking for, it appears to be the fifth icon there.

That's close to what I'm looking for. I was able to extract the shortcut version of Device Manager; but it's not the main source.

    The attached below is 48x48.

When enlarged to something like 128x128 or 256x256, it'll appear very blurry.

    edit:
Nevermind, I forgot & used Win10 to browse to that location (instead of my laptop).

Interestingly, the icons are different for Win10 & Win7.

    Thank you very much!
