A few questions about Windows 7 customization

How do I display text (text used in title bars, menus, internet, pretty much everything) pixelized, as in not having it blurred. I love having my Windows in the classic style, just gotta have my text pixelized now. I know it was possible in Vista, but can't find the option to change it in Windows 7 anywhere.=/

Also I'm wondering if it's possible to turn off the annoying window maximizer when you drag a window too far up to the top of the screen?

Another question I have is how do I disable the darkening of the screen? This happens after a while if I'm only using my mouse, not the keyboard.

1. You could take a look at this
Visual Effects Settings - Change
2. Aero Snap - Turn On or Off
3. Are you talking about the screen brightness ? If yes, then take a look at this
Power Plan Settings - Change
