Windows 7: New taskbar

Hi all.
Just wondering if any one knows anything about the taskbar setup in this image because it is so cool!!!!!!!! and I want it!!!! Thanks.

Its not the task bar, more like a dock application. You can see the task bar is on auto hide below.

notice the task bar on auto-hide? I think the tabs are integrated into the image, and when you roll down the task bar shows up and he has programs associated with the text? know what I mean?

Considering where the water mark is and that it is in plain view, I think you are spot on about that one.

Well if it was a docking program, when you rolled down to click on a program the taskbar would show up.

Well if it was a docking program, when you rolled down to click on a program the taskbar would show up.

Unless its not actually on autohide and the bottom of the picture is cut off. Look at the resolution of the picture.
