Windows 7: Need different skin.

Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit.

Need different skin.
I'm wanting something else then the Windows 7 default skin.
Something simple, but I don't feel like having to mess with explorer.exe/explorerframe/ uxtheme, etc.



I don't feel like paying for WindowBlinds either.. any suggestions?
