Windows 7 Ultimate x86 build 7600 (XP, 98SE, 95, 3.11, DOS 7.10 on VM) + Ubuntu 10.04 LTS Lucid Lynx

1. Copy the dinosaur pointers from any XP installation (C:\Windows\Cursors) to Windows 7 -> C:\Windows\Cursors
2. Goto Start -> type "Mouse" and then goto Pointers tab
3. Change each pointer as needed
4. Save the scheme (Save As button)
5. Done.

EDIT: I've added the Dinosaur Cursors from XP.
This is the scheme in XP

Thank you! Still works just fine with the cursors in that ZIP. A few in the ZIP are still in Windows, just skip the copy for those.

I'm a Dinosaur - but gone back to Word 2003
Hi all I've been struggling with Word 2007 / 2010. I like the "look and feel" of most of the Office 2010 applications with a significant exception. I've had to go back to WORD 2003 - I've still got office 2003 installed on a Virtual Machine. I've got to grips with EXCEL 2010 -- no probs...

Th Dinosaur bites back - Windows 2000 on a VM STILL faster than W7 (x-32)
Hi all OK I know that I can't run some new stuff on W2K but as a little experiment I tried running some things like EXCEL on W2K and a 32 bit W7 version - the official buid 7000 . Office 2003 still runs on Windows 2000 BTW. W2K with SP4 fixes seem to beat W7 by quite a long way even...
