Download a wallpaper . Now click on start menu ... at the top right there is your name, click on it . It will open an window where you will find a folder named "my pictures" . Copy/cut your downloaded wallpaper and paste in that my picture folder . Do the same with all your downloaded walls , none will be lost . Now at a particular moment you can right click on any one of those ,and set it as your wall . You have all saved, and one in use at a time .

if you want to rotate those automatically, right cilck on desktop and select personalize. Select "Desktop Background ". In the coming window, browse to your my picture folder using the browse button and when done click ok. Check Shuffle , set delay and apply .

So you want to save that wallpaper?

The easiest way to save walls is to make a folder in pictures, and when you see one you like, Download it and save it in that folder.

The location of that picture in your screenshot is hidden by default, this tutorial will show you how to unhide the appdata folder so you can save it to your new wallpaper folder.
