Start Menu Options Aren't Displayed

Hello; How can I manually remove the Documents, Videos, Music folders from the startmenu?

The Task and Start Menu > Customize Start Menu doesn't display those options after a recent reformat.

Forgot to clarify- The registry entries that are missing under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced Start_ShowMyMusic
Start_ShowMyPics
Start_ShowVideos

I tried creating a new DWORD value for each and set the data value to 0, but it didn't change anything. This is a fresh install of windows 7. I'd really, really hate having to format again just to fix something so simple. Appreciate any suggestions you guys might have. Thanks.
