Change 7's Sticky Notes Skin

I earlier posted a thread where I asked about alternative stickies software. I only thought of using an alternative because I want my stickies to look stylish or something like that, like Tenebril's StickyNote software. Then later I thought, what about changing the appearance/skin of Windows 7's own Sticky Notes? Is it possible?

Unfortunately I don't think you can change the appearance of the built-in Windows 7 sticky notes. As far as I know your only option is 3rd party software

Hey, at least you can use StickyNotes. For some reason, it doesn't work in my Windows Dream Edition. Fairly annoying to be honest.
