Windows 7: Some Of Backgrounds are Black and so is the Text *HELP*

Hi guys,
im new to this forum so dont blame me if i have done something wrong

my problem is that when i go into control panel and try to change some of my options i cant see what the text says only the little circle (bubble) what to can click to select it. same with the start menu the left side of it stays black. I have posted pictures just incase you dont know what i mean.

I use Mr Grim's Themes and they are dark also. occasionally it happens and i cant see text on a dark background ,but rarely
to get round this i right click and highlight the text as if to copy and paste, this enables me to see it temporarily its not a fix but a workaround and as i prefer to have a dark theme its livable with

I would consider a different theme, mr grims themes are first class have a look on his Virtual customs site or search the customisation thread here on 7f

I cannot find a theme that will make it look like it should and still have the same taskbar and so forth... all of them seem to be custom themes that change your taskbar and all your icons??

i can see my control panel and have dark theme, although it will change your taskbar but not icons

also there is also deviant art for themes, there are tons there that should be more like you want
