Does not let me change my desktop background

    hello,

so i could change my desktop background before, i used to have the windows 7 ones, the different sceneries around the wolrd one, that changes ever so often, but then it decided to stop changing and got stuck on one. When i tried to change it, it told me that one or more features has been disabled by system admin, which is me! i read other threads and it said to go to accessories and right click on command prompt on run as admin, which i did but it made no difference. Can anyone help me on this? the only way i can change my background is by o0pening a picture with adobe photo viewer and then setting it as desktop background but once i restart my computer it changes back to the old one. If anyone has any ideas, let me know!

    thank you!

Hello Naheeda, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Double check using the tutorial below to see if it may have been disable using one the options in them. If so, enabling it should allow you to change the desktop background again afterwards.

Desktop Background - Allow or Prevent Changing

    OR

Desktop Background - Specify and Prevent Change

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn
