    Custom WMPLOC.dll

Today I opened WMP12 for the first time in a while and had to re-set it up (like when you first use it) and my custom theme was gone. When I tried to replace the dll with my custom copy, WMP wouldn't start. Got an error saying it was expecting such and a such a version of the dll and I need to reinstall it. I had to revert to a backup image to get it working again.
    Anyone else have this problem?

    EDIT: SOLVED!
Open the default wmploc.dll in Restorator
    Navigate to Version
Right click 1 and "Extract as 1.res"
    Save it somewhere
    Close the file
    Open your custom wmploc.dll
    Navigate to Version
    Right click 1 and Assign
Assign it to the copy of 1 you just saved
Save this new wmploc.dll into Windows\System32
    Done!

Wish I could help man, but I'm having the same problem. Did you do a /sfc scannow between now and the last time you opened WMP?

Edit: Good to see you got it! Also, thanks for solving it. :)

I think it must have been a Windows Update that caused this because I haven't opened WMP since I installed the latest updates
