Switch User - Cool Desktop Shortcut

This has turned into a blast -

Switch User Shortcut - Create

Wanna be able to click a desktop shortcut to "switch users" for fast access to multiple accounts ????

This shortcut lets you setup multiple Accounts for yourself so you can have different themes and programs and icons - all so readily available. A different computer for every mood !!!

First step is to create one or more additional user accounts and password protect if desired. And if youre doing this for yourself you'll probably WANT to give each account Administrative Access.

Then in/on EVERY ACCOUNT find the file tsdiscon.exe in the Windows System32 directory. Right click on the file, create a shortcut to it, and drag it to the dektop (just the shortcut). If you want to you can rename it something like "switch user" or "log off" or whatever. You can even drag it onto the taskbar which is what I did.

So now when you double click the shortcut (or single click it - if you put it on the taskbar) it takes you promptly to the user account access screen so you can switch to one of your other accounts. Then use your imagination and setup the new user account(s) for whatever turns you on. A different computer for every mood !!!

You can switch back and forth between accounts with the the new "tsdiscon shortcut" because you added it to each new account. I'm havin a blast with this.
When you go to shutdown the computer you'll have to click yes on the "user logged on" shutdown prompt that will appear before power shuts off (thats if you use this shortcut).

An account for Work, one for Games, another for Photography, and so on.
