Hi
Can anyone here tell me how to change the start menu icon for "devices and printers" as shown below.Ive changed all the other start menu icons but the location of this one illudes me still.

Hello Danny,
The default icon for "Devices and Printers" is at the registry location below, but it will change the icon for it in all locations and not just in the Start Menu.
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{A8A91A66-3A7D-4424-8D24-04E180695C7A}\DefaultIcon

Wow thats great looked for hours for that one.Thats the last one i needed.Has anyone produced a list of reg keys for icons.It sure would be handy to have them all published somewhere.

Not that I know of, but it would be hard to do with that many registry locations and different locations for the same icon.
