Window Drag is weird?

When ever I drag a window I don't see it, all I see is a black box. Here's an image:

Thanks, I found it. All you gotta do is this:

Press Windows Key + R.
In the Run window, type systempropertiesadvanced, and click OK.
In Performance section, click Settings.
In the box, check Show window contents while dragging, and click OK.
