| | Thanks, I found it. All you gotta do is this: Press Windows Key + R. In the Run window, type systempropertiesadvanced, and click OK. In Performance section, click Settings. In the box, check Show window contents while dragging, and click OK. |

| | in start search type "performance information and tools, then select adjust visual effects then a performance options box will open. check the box to show window content when dragging |
