Windows Explorer Up to parent folder button

Ok I just found this online and It is great hope someone else will like it. It adds the go up one parent folder as opposed to the back button wich is just the last thing you where on.

yeah its good unless you are using winodws snap and it cuts some off

I'm not even sure what 'snap' is.
in my experience it has always managed to squeeze in, at the very least, the folder you're in, and its parent folder. the wider the folder is, the more grandparent folders it will show...that merely makes it even quicker than an 'up' button.
