Screen Saver does not work

    Screen Saver does not work


    I recently did a fresh instaill of my OS

    And i want to use the "Ribbions" screen saver that windows came with, however it does not work.

    My screen will show it for 2 seconds and then it will go black

    On my old instaill it worked fine

    Did you have Win 7 beforehand?
    Check your graphics card for latest video driver.
    Does this only happen with Ribbons. Do other screensavers work properly?

    Haha,

    I realised what the problems was

    I had the screensaver to appear after 10mins
    but then in power setting i had to turn display off after 10mins also

    so i change display to 20mins

Sorry, I did not know which forum to put this in....I bought Microsoft Plus! for WindowsXP long time ago....could not ever use it because my older computer did not have enough oomph etc., to run it...it would run part of it but the part I wanted was the "Space" screensaver...have tried everywhere...
I have tried everything , I tried bubbles screensaver set time to come on 1 min bubbles starts but after a few minutes the screensaver goes blank or black screen even if I use the windows media center screensaver n turn off the other screensaver off still please help since I want to use my pictures...
