Windows 7: DLL that has notification icons?

Windows 7 Home Premium x64, Mac OS X 10.6.2 x64
DLL that has notification icons?

What is the .dll file that contains the icons such as volume, network, action center that are in the notification area (bottom right, next to the clock).

PS: Am on x64, so if there is a x64 I need to replace please tell me.

Windows 7

In 32-bit 7 the icons are in: System32\taskbarcpl.dll . Maybe 64-bit uses same file?

I run the safe mode and after I restart, it stuck with the safe mode theme. I changed it back to Windows Basic theme but the notification icons is somewhat different Can anyone help me change it back to the default?
