Default location for explorer.exe (changing libraries)

It seems like changing libraries location in windows explorer is made through target shortcut only. Having some keyboard hotkeys, I was wondering if explorer.exe could open another location than its default location through cmd or registry.

Thank you in advance.

Edit: problem solved, File.lnk can be put on hotkey execution
