how can i insert moving icons in my desktop.
It means show icons in round view. Any gadget?

The Screenshot is of Stardock Objectdock Plus 1.9 . In it, there is an option : Right click on the dock > Add > New Custom Flyout Menu .

The latest version of this program is OD Plus 2, but this program is not free There is a free version which dont contain that option .
