How can I install a X-Mas Vista Visual Style in Windows 7?

Here is a X-Mas Visual Style made for Windows Vista 2 years ago.
X-mas Visual Style for Vista

Is their way to install in Windows 7? Windows 7 removed the Apperance Settings that was in Windows Vista and so I cannot figure out how to install it.

Note: This file comes with a .msstyles file, but no .theme file

I've already have UxTheme Patch installed and patched 3 files.

After I copy to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes what is next?

It should be located in the Personalize/ installed themes section, click on on it to see if it works.
