You need to ask the maker of the theme to change it for you or buy Ave's Windows7 Style Builder to change it yourself

Taskbar And System Trey > TaskBand > Aero > TaskBand .

In this location you are to edit
1. TaskItemButton
2. UncombinedTaskItemLeft
3. UncombinedTaskItemCenter
4. UncombinedStartItemRight

Hope it helps .

The text on the taskbar is at Taskbar & System Tray > TaskBand > Basic > TaskBand > Textcolor:color

The text in the explorer window is at Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics > Windowtext:color
