Editing the Taskbar/Toolbars Context Menu

This is to do with the Taskbar Right-Click Context Menu and the submenu Toolbars. Here I created 2 new toolbars called ‘Desktop’, the second by accident, and I would like to remove one of them from the list so it's not duplicated there.
I think it might be a matter of editing the entries somewhere, perhaps in the registry, or if that’s not possible, somehow returning the list of entries to its default so I can start again with adding the Desktop toolbar.
I’ve looked in vain for an answer to this. Many thanks for any help.

Thanks very much for that quick reply. I studied that page last night and followed up the suggestions there but I couldn't follow the technicalities. I will have another look there. Thanks again.

In case it helps anyone with a similar problem, I managed to resolve this by first downloading FileMenuTools from the above page given by mckillwashere. I then went to Start and entered the file name desktop.scf in the Search box. Right-clicking on the file pulled up the various options provided by FileMenu Tools, from where I deleted the file. This has returned the Toolbars Context Menu to the way it was before I messed about with it. Thanks to mckillwashere for pointing me back to that page where the solution was to be found.
