    Hi, I have a big problem....y want to change my wallpaper and I follow the steps that show this page:

    Tutorial: Cambia el wallpaper en Windows 7 Starter | Tecnolack

    but it doesn´t work, because when I restart the computer screen turn black and I can only see the white arrow..... I can not do anything else

    please help me!!
