Change ALL Explorer Folder Icons

Hi

I have followed the tutorial pages on how to change the Explorer folder icons (MT to Brink, BTW - great work & well clear), but that only changes the "Open (Empty)" and "Closed" icons. How do I change the various other folder icons? For example, when a folder has sub-folders or contains documents, the "Open" icon displayed in explorer describes this in some way - i.e., the folder icon contains sub-folders and/or documents held "in" the folder icon. While I do get the new "Open" and "Closed" icons, Explorer either reverts to standard or doesn't show the more complex icons.

Any clues what I'm doing wrong?

Cheers
