How can I change inner-side color of window?

Hi guys,

I tried many different ways but i cant find solution for this.

Window's inner-side color is black. Normally it isnt black. I read your tutorials and used default settings, it doesnt change. does anybody know how can i solve this problem. I know, it isnt important problem but it is small debt for me..

Are you referring to the black/gray colors of the Windows shell? If so, you'll have to change your Theme. If you should choose, for example, to select Windows Classic as your theme you will have many more color options (as well as font styles and sizes), however you won't have access to the transparency and Aero options. Why don't you experiment with the different Themes and Advanced options that are offered, until you find the combination that you like best?
