    Welcome to the Seven Forums
Are you using a custom theme? Like these https://www.sevenforums.com/themes-st...ndows-7-a.html or on deviantART: where ART meets application! if so you will need to ask the theme maker. If you are using the Aero theme that came with windows 7 I have WSB Ave's Windows7 Style Builder
& will change it for you. You will need to do 1 of these 2 guides for it to work.
Theme - How to Apply Custom Themes or (I use) Enabling Custom Themes - Windows 7

Well, this question's been asked so many times that it's rather unsurprising that a solution thread's not been compiled and then stickied here... but ah well.

Either way, it's a rather complicated process. You have to download a third party application called Resource Hacker, then open up the msstyles (theme file) that you are using. If it's a Windows 7 custom theme, then it's going to be the msstyles file that you downloaded for the theme. If you're using the default Windows 7 theme, it would be Aero.msstyles.

You have to find some obscure resource in the file that I can't quite locate at the moment, modify it, save it, and reload the theme. To be honest, I think it's too much work for the outcome. But you could just use a custom theme that already has the resource modified. Look on Deviantart for themes.

Yes, you actually can change the Start Menu background color quite easily --- if you've chosen a Windows theme that allows it (like, for example, Windows Classic). All you have to do is right-click your Desktop to open Personalize. Select: Window Color and Appearance, and click on the Advanced button. In the Item drop-down menu, select: Menu. After you've changed the Start Menu color you can also experiment with the Advanced - Item drop-down list and change the color, size style of many items in Windows.

Imperfect1: i dont think you get what i mean? i mean the white color ? maybe im the one who understand what you mean ?well it dosn't work for me..

Well that's the thing. I'm not sure what resource it is. I'll try to find it for you, but I'm not expecting too much.

You are using the default Aero theme.
I can change it for you (give me a color) & I will post it in a .zip for you to install. I will help you thru it.
