Does anyone know what file has "all programs" in it?
I would like to add a photo in it!

Hello RBCC,

What are you referring to? Do you mean changing the background in the Start Menu -> All Programs area?

Please let us know.

Several, including Windows 7 x64 Ultimate

That is a virtual folder;

Start Menu All Programs - Add or Delete Shortcuts

There is no simple way to add a background photo.

The easiest way is to use the old "Folder.jpg" trick. Copy a .jpg pic to the folder, rename it to "Folder.jpg" (it keeps it at the forefront) and you have the folder pic:

Name: ScreenShot00366.jpg
Views: 163
Size: 9.4 KB

Name: ScreenShot00367.jpg
Views: 9
Size: 39.1 KB

I don't know for sure if this is what the OP is seeking to do but I just thought I'd toss it out, in case.

My guess is you would have to use a third party skinning program to do that. You might check in the customization forum that resides right here in sevenforums for more information.

Add a picture to the start menu? What is the goal you are trying to accomplish here, e.g. how does this help you?

Programs open on top instead of in the background

Waiting For Background Programs to Return :(
Beleive it or not, I actually like the new Windows 7 waiting for background programs to close message. Unfotunately, it appears to have been replaced with the old XP style dialog box below it. Not quite sure, but I think applying a tweak in Ultimate Windows Tweaker may have caused this to start...
