I'm not sure, although I guess they exist. Try Google and see if you can find any.

Word of caution though : ensure you completely trust the 3rd party application to only do exactly what you want it too.

Googling yield this- Download System Font Changer 1.0 Free - A simple, easy to use tool designed to change your system fonts the way you want them - Softpedia
It says 'Windows All' under platform but says 'Windows XP' under description.
Well, it doesn't hurt to try, but at your own risk. I've never used any such tool and would better do it the manual way.
A registry script is also there to simplify the process.

Changing Chrome's fonts?
Hi, I'm using Google Chrome on Windows 7, and I don't like its default fonts. Is there a way to force Chrome to use fonts other than those of the website or the operating system? I'd like to use Verdana or Helvetica. Thanks in advance.
