    Messed up shortcuts won't delete

I have a picture to show you what I mean. I tried putting Civ in there as I've done with all my other games before, but I suppose since it is linked with steam, it wont let me. But now I can't remove the files and it won't let me double click it (to play) or right click it to delete. I appreciate any help, thanks guys

highlight the file and go to organize on the bar, do you have options?

I installed a program to help me remove them and it cannot find them. So its like a remnant of the program (Civilization) is left but its actually not there in reality. I have no clue how to remove this
