Aero and desktop backgrounds on Windows 7 Starter

Hey everyone

I've recently purchased a Netbook with Windows 7 Starter installed. I absolutely love using 7 (it's a massive step up from XP) but I'm upset about not being able to even change my desktop background and to use Aero.

Does anyone know of any good programs which could allow me to change my desktop background and to simulate (or even to use) Aero on Starter? According to Upgrade Advisor my Netbook is perfectly capable of running Aero. I've heard of a program called Oceanis which apparently can change desktop backgrounds on Starter but I've also read about a lot of bugs which can occur with it so I'm unsure about installing it on my system in case it messes it up.

Thanks in advance
