? about tabs in taskbar

When I curse over a tab that I have opened in the taskbar..it will pop a little picture (1" x 2" or so) of that window up directly over the taskbar...however, when my g-friend puts the mouse on a tab of a window she has opened on her computer...it gives the name of that website in text form. we both have identical computers running windows 7 (x86). What options do i go into so that i can change hers to pop a actual mini screen shot by placing her mouse on the tab ?? This is KILLIN Me cause i KNOW i changed Mine a year ago...but, i CAN'T remeber Where i went to change It !!

ANY Help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED !!

Here's a tutorial showing how to do that: Taskbar List or Thumbnail Previews Mode - Change

I like those thumbnails bigger, so I use this tool to resize them: Taskbar Thumbnail Previews - Change Size

Here's thumbnail resizer "in action":
