    Make an iso image of the DVD
    Open up the /sources/ folder and locate ei.cfg
    Delete this file using an ISO editor
    Save ISO

    That method is assuming he only wants to make an AIO disk under a specific type of architecture. If he wishes to combine both 64bit and 32bit versions into an .iso "WAIK" with a little knowledge of "DOS" (ImageX) is required...

    I just got done making my 32/64 bit Windows 7 SP1 Ultimate Disk...

    The below link should point you in the right direction. Do know that SP1 AIO's are leaked all over the internet, it will be a lot easier to download one of them unless of course your up for the challenge. Just know that the work has already been done...
