gnome style two panels in windows 7

Hi all,

is it possible to have two taskbars in windows 7 like gnome panel in linux? Maybe there are software to have them. P.S. I'm not talkint about stardocks. Also need, that taskbar would be always on top.

Stardocks can be set to always be on top...
Then there is a program I forget the exact name but it can be set to have a custom maximized screen position so you do not lose any of your bars.

IF your looking for help you have the wrong attitude. I told you about a program that I have seen in the past that my room mate used. I am not going to go jumping through hoops for someone with your attitude.

Multiple monitors - Windows or nVidia Control Panels?
I am getting a second 22" monitor. My graphics card is a Gainward 9500 GT - nVidia-based with one DVI, one VGA and one HDMI connections. Do I use the Windows Seven Control Panel - Display or the nVidia Control Panel to configure the monitors? Or some combination of both? Any pros or cons?
